DevOps consulting from someone who also writes the app
Most small teams don't need a DevOps department. They need deploys nobody is scared of, servers that stay up, and someone who understands the code well enough to fix the real cause instead of adding another server.
A very common starting point: one server that does everything, deploys done over SSH from somebody's memory, and backups that exist but have never actually been restored. None of that is unusual, and none of it needs Kubernetes to fix.
I write the setup down as code, add CI so that a push to main deploys safely, and put monitoring in place that reaches a human before a customer notices.
Because I also write application code, a lot of "infrastructure" problems turn out to be a slow query or a job that runs far too often. I fix those at the source, which is usually cheaper than a bigger machine.
Where I have done this before
I have run Linux machines since I was a kid and production servers for clients since 2017, on AWS (EC2, RDS, VPC, Lambda, CloudFront and more), Google Cloud, Azure and Cloudflare.

Do you do Kubernetes?
No. For the size of products I work on, well-run servers or managed services are simpler and cheaper. If you are already deep into Kubernetes, I am not your person.
