Introductory offer
I cut your cloud bill for free. I only get paid from what I save you.
I go through your AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Supabase, Vercel or whatever else sends you a big bill, find where the money goes and fix it, down to the code. For 6 months I keep 50% of what you save. After that, it is all yours. If I save you nothing, you pay nothing.
$0
up front. The audit and the work cost you nothing to start.
50%
of each month's saving goes to me, for 6 months. Then 100% is yours.
$0
if I save you nothing. You only pay when your bill actually goes down.
Most people cut cloud bills at the server. I go all the way down to the code.
I am a full-stack developer who also runs infrastructure, so I can read your application, follow a request from the browser to the database and see exactly what each part costs. That is where the big, lasting savings usually are.
- 01
Infrastructure
Oversized instances and databases, idle resources, forgotten environments, old snapshots, NAT gateway and data transfer charges, storage classes, Savings Plans where the load is stable.
Most cost tools stop here.
- 02
Architecture
A service that costs more than the problem it solves, where a migration (to Supabase, your own servers or a cheaper provider) pays for itself. Work running on servers that should be a queue, a cron or a function. Traffic that should hit a CDN or cache and never reach your servers. Services talking across regions. The wrong database for the job.
Most consultants stop here.
- 03
Code
The query that scans a whole table on every request. The job that polls every second. Images and videos processed twice. Logs nobody reads, shipped and stored forever. Missing indexes, missing caching, N+1 calls.
This is where I keep going.
What the deal looks like
Move the numbers. This is an example, not a promise: real savings depend on your setup, and I tell you my estimate after the audit.
- Monthly saving
- $2,400
- You keep, months 1 to 6
- $1,200/mo
- You keep from month 7
- $2,400/mo
- Your first year: you keep $21,600, I get $7,200
- If the saving is $0, my share is $0.
How it works
- 01
Free call
30 minutes. You tell me what you run and what it costs. I tell you honestly if I think there is money to save.
- 02
Baseline and audit
We agree your baseline bill in writing. With read-only access I go through the bill, the infrastructure and the code, and you get a plan with the expected saving for each change.
- 03
I make the changes
You approve each change. I do the work, carefully, with a rollback ready. Code changes are done by me or handed to your team with clear notes.
- 04
You pay from the savings
For 6 months you pay me half of what you saved that month. Month 7 onwards, you keep all of it. If nothing was saved, you owe nothing.
What I have worked with
On AWS: EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront and MediaConvert in real client projects, plus the equivalents on Google Cloud and Azure, and Cloudflare in front of it all. On the code side: Node.js, PHP and Laravel, React, Vue, Supabase, MySQL, Postgres and MongoDB.
★★★★★
"Aakash was outstanding across every aspect of this project. From day one, he demonstrated a strong understanding of the requirements and took full ownership of delivery, making the entire process seamless. He is an exceptional communicator, proactive in identifying solutions, and consistently delivers work to a high standard. What really sets Aakash apart is his ability to think beyond the brief. He doesn’t just execute tasks, he improves them, often suggesting smarter and more efficient approaches along the way. Reliability, quality, and speed were all spot on. I never had to chase updates, and timelines were always met or exceeded. If you’re looking for someone who can take responsibility, deliver results, and genuinely add value to your project, Aakash is an easy choice. I would absolutely work with him again."
★★★★★
"ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - a rare and shining talent in coding. Aakash solved numerous challenges, created amazing functions and made valuable updates. He is incredibly skilled, patient and fantastic to collaborate with. If Aakash can’t solve it, no one can. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"
Questions
What does it cost me?
Nothing up front. For 6 months you pay me half of what my changes save you each month. If I save you nothing, you pay nothing. After 6 months, every dollar saved is yours.
How do you measure the saving?
Before I change anything, we agree your baseline in writing: your normal monthly bill. Each month after the changes, the saving is the baseline minus the new bill, for the things I changed. You see the same billing data I do.
Which services?
Any expensive service your product runs on, not only the big clouds: AWS, Google Cloud and Azure, but also Supabase, Firebase, Vercel, Netlify, Heroku, managed databases, CDNs and the SaaS tools that bill by usage. Sometimes the cheapest fix is moving off a service altogether, for example a migration to Supabase or to your own servers, and I can do that too.
What access do you need?
Read-only billing and resource access for the audit. For the changes themselves you grant access for that work, and you can revoke it whenever you like.
Will this break production?
Every change is planned, explained and approved by you first. Risky ones are tested, scheduled for a quiet time and done with a rollback ready.
Do I have to change my code?
Often the biggest savings are in the code: a query that scans a whole table, a job that runs every minute for no reason, files served from the wrong place. I can make those changes myself or hand them to your team with clear notes.
